It was perfect in general: cosy room, amazing location close enough to Kemptown cafe's, delis, and restaurants, a 10 minute pathway to the main town and the pier or the city centre. We had wonderful new year, recommend.

I loved exploring the charming village of Kemp Town, with its cozy cafes and shops. The apartment was in a beautiful historic building, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views.
Oh, how I adored having to pay extra for parking and send a copy of my ID. So convenient!

The double bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable and the hosts, Paul and Laura, took extra care in providing beautiful quality linen and towels. We loved being just minutes away from the beach and the charming cafes and restaurants in the area. The communication with Paul was excellent and he even allowed us a later check out. Highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and stylish stay.

Lovely apartment, clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Great location, near the action but peaceful. Variety of good restaurants nearby. Charming with magnificent lounge and balcony. Luxurious bathroom with Venetian mirror. Easy walk to Brighton, away from city noise. Gem of a neighborhood with shops and patisseries. Beautiful, small balcony with sea view. Excellent communication and information from owners

The location of the apartment was fantastic, providing an ideal base for exploring the area. We loved how comfortable the beds were in both rooms, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed throughout our stay. This made it easy for us to cook meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the apartment.
There were no real negatives about our stay. The only small hiccup was upon arrival when the apartment hadn't been cleaned and the beds/towels hadn't been changed from the previous occupants.

The location was perfect, close to all the action but still peaceful. The nearby restaurants were varied and fantastic. The staff, especially Paul and Laura, were very attentive and took extra care of us. Highly recommended!
The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe more variety.
